Creamy Apple, Celery, and Pineapple Salad

  • 2 cups Santa Clara® sour cream
  • 100 grams panela cheese, Santa Clara ®
  • 2 red apples
  • 2 Golden Delicious apples
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 2 sprigs celery, (optional)
  • 2 cups water

  • Cut the apples into cubes of the same size.
  • Place water in a large bowl and squeeze the lemon into it, removing the seeds.
  • Place the apple cubes in the bowl with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
  • Cut the celery into medium pieces.
  • Reserve ½ cup of syrup from the pineapples, cut them into triangles of the same size.
  • Pour 4 cups of Santa Clara® cream into a bowl, add the pineapple syrup and sugar. Mix.
  • Incorporate the apples (without the water and lemon juice) and the chopped pineapples.
  • Add the chopped walnuts and raisins. Integrate everything perfectly.
  • Cut the Santa Clara® panela cheese into medium cubes and add to the salad.
  • Finally, add the celery and mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
