Creamy Apple, Celery, and Pineapple Salad

2 cups Santa Clara® sour cream
100 grams panela cheese, Santa Clara ®
2 red apples
2 Golden Delicious apples
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 can canned pineapple
1/2 cups sugar
1 lime
2 sprigs celery, (optional)
2 cups water

Cut the apples into cubes of the same size.
Place water in a large bowl and squeeze the lemon into it, removing the seeds.
Place the apple cubes in the bowl with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
Cut the celery into medium pieces.
Reserve ½ cup of syrup from the pineapples, cut them into triangles of the same size.
Pour 4 cups of Santa Clara® cream into a bowl, add the pineapple syrup and sugar. Mix.
Incorporate the apples (without the water and lemon juice) and the chopped pineapples.
Add the chopped walnuts and raisins. Integrate everything perfectly.
Cut the Santa Clara® panela cheese into medium cubes and add to the salad.
Finally, add the celery and mix.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
