Preparation
Cut the apples into squares of the same size.
Put water in a large bowl and squeeze a lemon inside.
Place the chopped apples inside the bowl with lemon juice so they do not brown.
Slice the celery into medium pieces.
Reserve ½ cup of syrup of the canned pineapples. Cut the pineapples into triangles of the same size.
Pour 4 cups of Santa Clara ® cream in a bowl, add the syrup and sugar, mix.
Add the chopped apples and pineapples.
Add the chopped nuts and raisins. Integrate everything perfectly
Cut the Santa Clara ® panela cheese into medium cubes, add to the salad.
Finally add the celery (optional) and mix.
Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum before serving.
