Herb-Crusted Oven Leg

  • 1 pork leg ham, 2.5 kg
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 cup salsa, gravy
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups new potatoes, cut in half
  • fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • cauliflower, oven-roasted, for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
  • For the herb butter, heat the butter in a small pot over medium heat, add the garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage, and cook for 3 minutes. Let it cool and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the gravy with the beef broth. Set aside.
  • Cut the Fud® Christmas Leg in a diamond shape and brush with the herb butter, place in a baking dish, pour the gravy, add the potatoes, and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Slice the leg and serve with roasted cauliflower.
