  • 1 deli ham
  • 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cups prunes
  • 20 slices smoked bacon
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Orange Glaze Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chile flakes, for the sauce
  • 2 oranges, in slices
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 2 cups broccoli, in florets
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 2 cups baby carrot

  • Make small incisions all over the ham and insert the walnuts, almonds, and raisins. Then cover the leg with strips of bacon and, if necessary, secure with toothpicks to prevent them from falling off.
  • For the sauce: mix Kikkoman® orange glaze sauce, ginger, Kikkoman® soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and chili flakes. Combine until mixed.
  • Place a bed of orange slices, green onions, broccoli, edamame, and baby carrots on a rack tray.
  • Place the Christmas ham on the bed of vegetables and pour half of the sauce over it. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes, and once it starts to release juices, take it out of the oven and add the rest of the sauce to glaze the vegetables.
  • Slice the glazed Christmas ham and serve it with the vegetables.
