Shrimp Broth for Christmas

  • 1 kilo shrimp 1 kilo shrimp

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the tomato, guajillo chili, garlic, and onion, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Blend the vegetables and the chili.
  • Heat a little oil in a saucepan and pour in the blended mixture. Add the water, carrot, and potato. Cook the broth until the vegetables are tender.
  • When the broth begins to boil, add the cilantro and the shrimp. Cook for 15 more minutes or until the shrimp is tender. Adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve the shrimp broth, add lemon juice, and accompany with a glass of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar.
