Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the leek, carrot, bell peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms. Mix well, cook for a few minutes, and add the bacon. Incorporate the Hunt’s® honey BBQ sauce, the seasoning juice, and season with salt and pepper. Mix, cook for 5 minutes, and remove from heat.
Place the whole chicken in an oven-safe tray and fill it with the preparation you made earlier. Insert sprigs of rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
Brush the stuffed chicken with vegetables with butter and Hunt's® honey BBQ sauce. Baste with chicken broth to prevent it from drying out and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake the stuffed chicken with vegetables at 180° C for 1 hour 30 minutes. Additionally, you can baste the chicken while it bakes.
Serve the stuffed chicken with vegetables for Christmas on a board, decorate with rosemary, and accompany with mashed potatoes and salad.
