Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the leek, carrot, bell peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms. Mix well, cook for a few minutes, and add the bacon. Incorporate the Hunt’s® honey BBQ sauce, the seasoning juice, and season with salt and pepper. Mix, cook for 5 minutes, and remove from heat. Place the whole chicken in an oven-safe tray and fill it with the preparation you made earlier. Insert sprigs of rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
