Blend the flour with the sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, water, oil, and eggs. Gradually add the milk and whisk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Set aside.
Dip the buñuelo mold into the hot oil and fry it well until the buñuelo is golden. Drain off the excess oil.
On a flat plate, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Roll the buñuelos in this mixture and use a spoon to coat them perfectly. Serve in a basket.
