Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups flour; 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar; 1/2 teaspoons salt; 1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence; 1 tablespoon water; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 2 eggs; 1 cup milk; vegetable oil, to fry the buñuelos; sugar, to coat the buñuelo; cinnamon, to coat the buñuelo

Blend the flour with the sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, water, oil, and eggs. Gradually add the milk and whisk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Set aside. Dip the buñuelo mold into the hot oil and fry it well until the buñuelo is golden. Drain off the excess oil.
