white chocolate, tempered and colored with green, blue, yellow, orange, pink, and red vegetable dyes; for decoration

Blend the egg, sugar, vegetable oil, cream, baking powder, and flour for 5 minutes, until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds shaped like popsicles, then place a wooden stick and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Let the cake pops cool and once cool, fill with chocolate and freeze for 1 hour.
Coat the frozen popsicles in dark chocolate and chill again for 3 minutes.
Pour the chocolate colors alternately into a small bowl, but do not mix them.
Dip one part of the popsicle in the colored chocolate, so that a rainbow is painted, then chill again for 3 minutes.
Serve the cake pops for kids and accompany with fruit.
