Chocolate-Covered Lollipops

These lollipops are not only practical but also very easy to make, perfect for decorating a centerpiece, gifting to your friends & are absolutely delicious.

  • 4 mini marshmallows
  • 1 marshmallow
  • whole-wheat pasta, large
  • 250 grams icing sugar, for the meringue to stick the lollipops
  • 2 tablespoons meringue powder, soup spoons, for the meringue to stick the lollipops
  • 1 glass water, hot, for the meringue to stick the lollipops
  • 1 bag food coloring, for the meringue to stick the lollipops
  • lime juice, for the meringue to stick the lollipops

  • To make these little treats, we need to prepare the meringue to stick each lollipop & shape them.
  • Beat two tablespoons of powdered meringue with lemon juice at medium speed until creamy consistency is achieved.
  • Add the powdered sugar to the mixture, and if the dough looks dry, add a tablespoon of hot water & continue beating until creamy.
  • Add two more tablespoons of powdered sugar & if it dries out, add the second tablespoon of hot water and continue until finishing the 250 grams of powdered sugar. (You won't need more than 8 tablespoons of water).
  • To color the mixture, just add a little food coloring & two drops of lemon.
  • With this mixture, the lollipops are stuck together & we decorate eyes, buttons & smiles with food coloring.
