  • 1/4 cups onion, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups zucchini , in medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups tomato , in small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cups cucumber, grated

  • 6 Salmas® baked with nopal
  • 10 grams panela cheese , crumbled (1 tablespoon)

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion for 3 minutes or until slightly golden. Add the zucchini, tomato, cilantro, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside until the mixture is warm.
  • Place the avocado in a bowl and mash it. Add the lime juice, grated cucumber, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the baked Salmas® with cactus on a bit of guacamole, place the zucchini on top, and add a little panela cheese.
