200 grams sour cream, (honey with praline filling)
70 grams honey, (honey with praline filling)
200 grams praline, (honey with praline filling)
200 grams milk chocolate, (honey with praline filling)

To prepare the passion fruit ganache, bring the cream with glucose to a boil.
Chop the chocolate and add it to the cream until it melts.
Incorporate the fruit and butter off the heat, mixing well.
To prepare the chocolate eggs, you need to have the molds ready.
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
Add the melted chocolate to the molds, flip the mold to drain the excess chocolate, and refrigerate.
Remove the chocolate shells from the mold and fill them.
Heat the edge of one of the chocolate shells slightly and attach it to the other part. Refrigerate and decorate.
For the Honey with Praline Filling: Chop the chocolate.
Bring the cream, honey, and praline to a boil. Add the chocolate and mix until it melts over low heat.
