Mango Strawberry Popsicles

These mango and strawberry popsicles are ideal during teething as the cold helps relieve discomfort. Mango is a fruit rich in malic acid, vitamin A, and C, which help the body fight against free radicals and has anticancer properties.

  • 11/2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 11/2 cups mango, cut into cubes
  • 11/4 cups coconut water
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • Blend the coconut water with the mango until it forms a puree.
  • Add the chia seeds to the previous mixture and the diced strawberries.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
