Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is ideal for children's lunches; for delicious sandwiches or to complement a dessert. Making it at home is very easy.

  • 2 cups peanuts, fresh and shelled (approximately 280 grams)
  • 1 cup icing sugar, (150 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, (preferably corn or sunflower oil)

  • In the blender, place the peanuts with half of the oil and blend until they are crushed as finely as possible.
  • Slowly, with the blender on low speed, add the powdered sugar, salt, and finally the remaining oil until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream.
  • And this easy, it's ready to spread on sandwiches or with your preferred foods!
