2 cups peanuts, fresh and shelled (approximately 280 grams)
1 cup icing sugar, (150 grams)
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, (preferably corn or sunflower oil)

In the blender, place the peanuts with half of the oil and blend until they are crushed as finely as possible.
Slowly, with the blender on low speed, add the powdered sugar, salt, and finally the remaining oil until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream.
And this easy, it's ready to spread on sandwiches or with your preferred foods!
