Rice cookies with jam

  • 1 cup white rice, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Jif® Extra Crunchy Chunky Peanut Butter
  • Smucker's® Strawberry Jam
  • banana, sliced
  • chocolate chips, for decoration

Low
  • Add the rice, water, and honey to a pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. When the rice is ready, transfer it to a baking sheet to cool.
  • Compact the rice and use a cutter to form medium circles. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 160 °C for 45 minutes.
  • When the cookies are cool, add Jif® Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter in the middle and Smucker’s® Strawberry Jam on the other half. Use the banana to form the ears and mouth, and chocolate chips for the bear's eyes and nose.
  • Serve and enjoy.
