  • 1 cup cream cheese, in cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 42 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted (6 packets, 7 g each)

  • Blend the cream cheese, coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and shredded coconut at medium speed until combined.
  • Lower the blender speed, uncover, and gradually pour in the melted gelatin. Cover and finish integrating.
  • Grease a silicone mold for jelly with cooking spray, spreading it with a paper towel throughout the mold, and pour in the mixture. Refrigerate until set.
  • Once cold, unmold, serve with coconut cream, shredded coconut, and toasted shredded coconut.
