Almond Cake

This almond-based dessert is delicious, its consistency is creamy and its delightful flavor is perfect for a dinner or meal where you want to impress and delight everyone.

  • 1 cup almonds, peeled
  • 4 eggs
  • 90 grams butter, melted
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • 1/4 cups almonds, sliced and toasted

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Blend the almonds, eggs, melted butter, and sweetened condensed milk in the blender until the ingredients are mixed. Pour into your preferred greased mold. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown on top, remove from the oven and run a knife along the edges to prevent sticking and let it cool.
  • While it cools, whip the cream with powdered sugar until it peaks, once the cake is cool, decorate with the cream and sliced almonds. Refrigerate before serving.
