  • 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 2/3 cups peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/3 cups honey
  • 1/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups almonds, in thick pieces

  • In a skillet over low heat, toast the almonds and coconut until they release their aroma and have a golden color. Remove and cool.
  • In a food processor, process the almonds, coconut, and oats until you obtain a fine powder.
  • In a bowl, mix what you processed with peanut butter, chia seeds, honey, cocoa, vanilla, and almonds.
  • Form small balls using your hands. Store in a container until consumed.
