Almond Meringues

  • 4 egg whites, 160 g
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetener, BC, 320 g
  • 1/2 cups almonds, whole and with shell

  • Preheat the oven to 100°C
  • Chop the almonds into pieces.
  • Using a mixer, beat the egg whites, adding the sweetener gradually until the whites become fluffy and turn white. Gently fold in the chopped almonds to avoid deflating the egg whites.
  • Place in a piping bag and form the meringues on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 100°C for approximately 2 hours. Cool.
  • Decorate with almonds and chocolate. Enjoy.
