In a bowl, mix the amarant with the chocolate very well.
Pour the mixture into the skeleton molds and compact. Refrigerate for 40 minutes until firm. Unmold and set aside.
For the frosting, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the lemon juice and powdered sugar gradually while continuing to beat. Keep beating until you have a firm consistency.
Divide the frosting into different bowls and color with food coloring. Place in cornets made of wax paper and decorate each skeleton.
Let dry for 20 minutes and enjoy.
