Apple and Cinnamon Roll

  • Pam® butter, butter-flavored canola oil spray
  • 250 grams puff pastry
  • 4 apples, in cubes
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 100 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Spray a skillet with 4 shots of PAM® Butter, and cook the apples, walnuts, and raisins; add the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and fill it with the mixture along the center of the pastry.
  • Seal with the egg in a roll shape.
  • Spray with PAM® Butter for shine and bake for 25 minutes at 220°C.
