Apple and Pear Tart

Delicious tart with a hint of apple, pear, and cinnamon. It is a very tasty and easy-to-make dessert; the cinnamon complements these fruits very well, and it is a dessert that all your loved ones will enjoy.

  • 400 grams puff pastry
  • 6 apples
  • 6 pears
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • Preheat the oven to 250°c. Take half of the pastry, roll it out on a floured surface, and place it in a greased and floured mold.
  • Wash the fruit, remove the core, and cut it into slices or eighths.
  • In a hot skillet, add the butter and wait for it to melt, then add the fruit, sugar, and cinnamon; stirring continuously. Wait until the fruit is slightly browned and remove from heat.
  • Fill the mold previously lined with the pastry with the fruit. Roll out the remaining pastry and cover the mold. Seal the tart using a fork.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the pastry takes on a light golden color.
  • Serve cold or warm.
