Preheat the oven to 250°c. Take half of the pastry, roll it out on a floured surface, and place it in a greased and floured mold.
Wash the fruit, remove the core, and cut it into slices or eighths.
In a hot skillet, add the butter and wait for it to melt, then add the fruit, sugar, and cinnamon; stirring continuously. Wait until the fruit is slightly browned and remove from heat.
Fill the mold previously lined with the pastry with the fruit. Roll out the remaining pastry and cover the mold. Seal the tart using a fork.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the pastry takes on a light golden color.
Serve cold or warm.
