Ingredients

8 portions
  • 400 grams puff pastry
  • 6 apples
  • 6 pears
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 ° c. Take half the pasta, spread it with a rolling pin on a previously floured surface and place it in a previously greased and floured mold.
Wash the fruit, remove the center and cut it into slices or eighths.
In a hot pan put the butter and wait for it to melt, then add the fruit, sugar and cinnamon; without stopping moving. Wait for the fruit to brown a little and remove from the heat.
Fill with the fruit the mold previously lined with the paste. Spread the rest of the pasta and cover the mold. Close the cake with a fork.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until the dough takes a light golden color.
Serve cold or warm.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with whipped cream or chantilly on the edges of the cake.
