  • In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Gradually add the water and incorporate. Knead until you have a firm and uniform consistency.
  • Combine the dough with your hands until forming a ball. Place in a bowl previously greased with oil and cover with a cloth. Let it rest until it doubles in size.
  • In a pan over medium heat, add the apples, brown sugar, vanilla extract, apple juice, and walnuts, and let cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • With your hands, remove the excess air from the dough. On a floured surface, stretch the dough with your hands, carefully pulling the edges until you have a diameter of approximately 20 cm.
  • Add the apples to half of the dough, cover the apples with the dough, and use your hands to close the edge of the calzone, sealing the edges well so that the ingredients do not spill out. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Place the calzone on a baking sheet with a little flour to prevent sticking, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until the dough is crispy on the outside.
