350 grams puff pastry, thawed
3 apples, large peeled and sliced
1/4 cups apricot jam
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
4 tablespoons pine nuts, chopped
1/2 cups raisins
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten with a little water
3 tablespoons sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a baking sheet with a little butter.
In a bowl, mix the apples with the jam, raisins, pine nuts, and cinnamon.
Roll out the puff pastry on a clean surface with a rolling pin.
Cut the puff pastry into 10 cm squares and place a tablespoon of the apple filling in the center of each square. Fold each square in half.
Seal the squares well with your fingers and brush with the beaten egg yolk and a little sugar.
Bake the pastries for 25 minutes or until golden brown and remove from the oven.
