4 apples
10 grams clove
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cups raisins, to taste
3/4 cups water
1 pinch cinnamon, to taste

Peels and discourages apples.
Split all the apples into small cubes.
In a pot, cook the apples with water, cloves, sugar and cornstarch (previously dissolved in a little warm water).
When the water is boiling, add the raisins and cinnamon. Rectify the flavor and once it is a thick consistency remove from the fire.
Spread the puff pastry until it is 5 mm thick filled with the previous mixture; make a roll with the pasta and seal with the help of the egg.
Bake at 200 ° C for 40 minutes or until the paste acquires a golden color.
