500 grams puff pastry
4 apples
10 grams clove
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cups raisins, to taste
3/4 cups water
1 pinch cinnamon, to taste
1 egg

Peel and core the apples.
Cut all the apples into small cubes.
In a pot, cook the apples with water, cloves, sugar, and cornstarch (previously dissolved in a little warm water).
When the water reaches a boil, add the raisins and cinnamon. Adjust the flavor, and once it reaches a thick consistency, remove from heat.
Roll out the puff pastry until it is 5 mm thick, fill it with the previous mixture; roll the pastry and seal it using the egg.
Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes or until the pastry turns golden.
