250 grams sugar
2 tablespoons kirsch
1 glass water, warm

Wash, peel, and remove the pit from the apricots.
Blend the apricots with the sugar and warm water.
In a saucepan, place the mixture and let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat and strain, add the Kirsch and mix well.
