  • 400 grams apricot, ripe
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kirsch
  • 1 glass water, warm

  • Wash, peel, and remove the pit from the apricots.
  • Blend the apricots with the sugar and warm water.
  • In a saucepan, place the mixture and let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
  • Remove from heat and strain, add the Kirsch and mix well.
