Artistic Strawberry Float

  • 1 liter water, boiling
  • 1 bag D´Gari® gelatin strawberry flavor, 120 g
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into cubes
  • 1 liter cow's milk, boiling
  • 1 bag D´Gari® rice pudding gelatin dessert
  • 2 cups strawberries, disinfected and cut in half
  • 1 liter water, boiling
  • 1 bag D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, 120 g

  • Dissolve the contents of D’ Gari® Strawberry flavored Gelatin in one liter of boiling water. Cool slightly and add the strawberries. Pour into a 15 cm diameter mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Dissolve the contents of D’ Gari® Rice Pudding flavored Gelatin in one liter of boiling milk. Cool slightly and pour one cup into a 20 cm diameter mold, refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold the strawberry gelatin and place it over the already set rice pudding gelatin. Pour the rest of the rice pudding gelatin to cover. Return to refrigeration until set.
  • Dissolve the contents of D’ Gari® Crystal Gelatin in one liter of boiling water. Cool.
  • Pour one cup of the crystal gelatin into a 25 cm diameter mold and refrigerate until set. Arrange the strawberries and pour a little more of the same gelatin to encapsulate. Refrigerate again.
  • Unmold the milk gelatin and place it in the center of the 25 cm diameter mold containing the crystal gelatin with strawberries.
  • Arrange the remaining strawberries around the milk gelatin and fill with the rest of the crystal gelatin to encapsulate. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold, slice, and serve.
