Strawberry Floating Gelatin Cake

When you want to surprise your friends or family, you have to prepare this Strawberry Floating Gelatin cake recipe, which has a spectacular decoration. In order for you to get the same artistic looking gelatin, we recommend that you check the size of the molds, as only having the correct size the gelatin will be totally encapsulated. In addition, an advantage of encapsulating perfect, is that you can mix flavors, as in this recipe for gelatin, which has strawberry, rice pudding and crystalline gelatin.

  • 1 liter water, boiling
  • 1 bag D´Gari® gelatin strawberry flavor, 120 g
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut in cubes
  • 1 liter cow's milk, boiling
  • 1 bag D´Gari® rice pudding gelatin dessert
  • 2 cups strawberries, washed well and cut in half
  • 1 liter water, boiling
  • 1 bag D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, 120 g

  • Dissolve the content of D 'Gari® Gelatin strawberry flavor in one liter of boiling water. Cool lightly and add the strawberries. Pour over a 15 cm diameter mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Dissolve the content of D 'Gari® Gelatin flavor rice with milk in a liter of boiling milk. Chill slightly and pour a cup into a 20 cm (8 inch) diameter mold, refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold the strawberry gelatin and place it on the rice gelatin with milk already curdled. Pour the rest of the rice gelatin with milk until covered. Return to refrigerator until set.
  • Dissolve the content of D 'Gari® Crystal Gelatin in one liter of boiling water. Chill
  • Pour a cup of the crystalline gelatin in a mold of 25 cm in diameter and refrigerate until set. Arrange the strawberries and pour a little more of the same gelatin to encapsulate. Refrigerate again.
  • Unmold the milk gelatin and place it in the center of the 25 cm diameter (10 inch) mold that contains the crystalline gelatin with the strawberries.
  • Arrange the rest of the strawberries around the milk jelly and fill with the rest of the crystalline gelatin to encapsulate. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold, cut into slices and serve.
