Grease a preferably glass pan with butter and dust with flour.
In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, and milk, and stir until a batter is formed; there should be chunks of banana as they add another flavor dimension. A wooden spatula can be used for this.
Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to avoid lumps. This should be done in another bowl and mixed well until the various ingredients are indistinguishable.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder to the banana mixture. Mix slowly until the ingredients are combined.
Add the ground coffee, coffee beans, nuts, raisins, and mix.
Pour into the greased pan, sprinkle shredded coconut over the mixture, and place in the oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, checking constantly after 30 minutes to avoid excessive browning.
Remove from the oven and let cool, then enjoy.
