Prepare this delicious and healthy banana and almond bread with an exceptional flavor. It is prepared with rich Plant Revolution® almond milk, oatmeal, a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Don't stop trying it!
In a bowl, combine the oats with the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sprinkles.
In another bowl, combine the original Plant Revolution® almond milk with the banana, egg and vanilla. Add the margarine little by little without stopping beating.
Add the previous preparation to the oatmeal mixture and beat until integrated.
Pour into a previously greased and floured brownie mold, spread with the help of a spoon and cover with the almonds.
Bake about 25 minutes or until done. Chill and cut into bars.
