Banana Bread with Almonds

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Plant Revolution® original almond milk
  • 2 bananas, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons butter, or melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cups almonds, filleted

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • In a bowl, combine the oats with the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sprinkles.
  • In another bowl, combine the original Plant Revolution® almond milk with the banana, egg and vanilla. Add the margarine little by little without stopping beating.
  • Add the previous preparation to the oatmeal mixture and beat until integrated.
  • Pour into a previously greased and floured brownie mold, spread with the help of a spoon and cover with the almonds.
  • Bake about 25 minutes or until done. Chill and cut into bars.
