Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip
  • 2 cups Original Plant Revolution® almond milk
  • 2 bananas, Crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cups almond, filleted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, combine oats with flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sparks.
In another bowl, combine the original Plant Revolution® almond milk with banana, egg and vanilla. Add the margarine little by little while continuing to beat.
Add the previous preparation to the oatmeal mixture and beat until integrated.
Pour into a mold for brownies previously greased and floured, spread with the help of a spoon and cover with almonds.
Bake about 25 minutes or until cooked. Cool and cut into bars.

PRESENTATION

lo único saludable que veo aquí es la avena la leche y las almendras... algo saludable no lleva harinas refinadas ni mantequilla y muchos menos azúcar... la harina y el azúcar es lo que más te engorda
