Banana Bread with Almonds

Prepare this delicious and healthy banana and almond bread with an exceptional flavor. It is prepared with rich almond milk Plant Revolution®, oats, a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Do not stop trying!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of Cup of chocolate spark
  • 2 cups of Original Plant Revolution® almond milk
  • 2 pieces of banana Crushed
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 3 spoonfuls of margarine melted
  • 1/2 Cup of almond filleted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, combine oats with flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sparks.
    In another bowl, combine the original Plant Revolution® almond milk with banana, egg and vanilla. Add the margarine little by little while continuing to beat.
    Add the previous preparation to the oatmeal mixture and beat until integrated.
    Pour into a mold for brownies previously greased and floured, spread with the help of a spoon and cover with almonds.
    Bake about 25 minutes or until cooked. Cool and cut into bars.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a glass of almond milk.

    You can substitute almonds for nuts.

    lo único saludable que veo aquí es la avena la leche y las almendras... algo saludable no lleva harinas refinadas ni mantequilla y muchos menos azúcar... la harina y el azúcar es lo que más te engorda
