Grease and flour a loaf pan, ensuring the entire pan is covered.
Pour the mixture into the mold, tap it on the table a couple of times to release the air from the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Heat the caramel for 15 seconds in the microwave. Once the bread is warm, drizzle it with caramel, and sprinkle the remaining cereal and chopped nuts.
