Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Grease a rectangular baking pan or a muffin baking pan.
Beat the butter with the sugar until a creamy consistency is achieved (this can be done by hand or with a mixer on low speed).
Add the mashed bananas and natural yogurt; beat just until incorporated.
In another bowl, combine the flour (sifting it is recommended), baking powder, baking soda, salt, and walnuts.
Add this mixture of ingredients to the first mixture of ingredients.
Beat just until the ingredients are incorporated.
The final mixture should be slightly lumpy.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased pan. Bake for approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the pan used.
