Banana Bread with Walnuts

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C. Grease a rectangular baking pan or a muffin baking pan.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar until a creamy consistency is achieved (this can be done by hand or with a mixer on low speed). Add the mashed bananas and natural yogurt; beat just until incorporated.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour (sifting it is recommended), baking powder, baking soda, salt, and walnuts. Add this mixture of ingredients to the first mixture of ingredients.
  • Beat just until the ingredients are incorporated. The final mixture should be slightly lumpy.
  • Pour the mixture into the previously greased pan. Bake for approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the pan used.
