We combine 2 of your favorite desserts into one, a fluffy banana cake topped with a moist and chocolaty brownie. You won’t believe how delicious it turned out!
For the banana cake; In a bowl, add the melted butter, the banana, and mash until you have a puree-like consistency.
Add the San Juan® eggs, vanilla essence, and mix until combined, then add the sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and flour, mixing perfectly with the help of a spatula.
Place in a previously greased and floured baking mold. Set aside.
For the brownie, melt the butter and half of the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
Add the sugar immediately and mix until dissolved with a whisk. Incorporate the San Juan® eggs one by one and the vanilla.
Add the flour, cocoa, salt, remaining chopped chocolate, and chocolate chips. Mix perfectly.
Pour the mixture over the banana mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
Cool and enjoy. Serve with a glass of milk.
