1/2 kilos flour, sifted
2 tablespoons baking powder
400 grams sugar
1 cup water
1 1/2 kilos banana
1 liter vegetable oil

Mix the flour with the baking powder.
Beat the bananas with the sugar for one minute, add the flour and water gradually, until you have a thick mixture.
Let the mixture rest for 1 1/2 hours.
Fry small portions (1 tablespoon) of the mixture in hot oil, forming balls until finished.
Ready to eat.
