This banana fritter recipe is a delight, they are fried banana balls for a craving.

  • 1/2 kilos flour, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 kilos banana
  • 1 liter vegetable oil

  • Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  • Beat the bananas with the sugar for one minute, add the flour and water gradually, until you have a thick mixture.
  • Let the mixture rest for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Fry small portions (1 tablespoon) of the mixture in hot oil, forming balls until finished.
  • Ready to eat.
