  • 1 cup table cream, for the banana gelatin
  • 190 grams cream cheese, (1 package) for the banana gelatin
  • 3 tabasco banana, for the banana gelatin
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) for the banana gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the hazelnut gelatin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream, for the hazelnut gelatin
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) for the hazelnut gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • tabasco banana, sliced for decoration
  • hazelnut chocolate cream, for decoration
  • cookies, wafer, for decoration

  • For the banana gelatin, blend all the ingredients and divide the mixture into 2 bowls; to one, add half of the previously hydrated gelatin and pour into a greased mold. Refrigerate until set and reserve the other half of the mixture.
  • For the hazelnut gelatin, blend all the ingredients and divide the mixture into 2 bowls; to one, add half of the previously hydrated gelatin and pour over the first layer of banana gelatin.
  • Once the first layers of gelatin have set, add the remaining gelatin to the banana mixture, mix, and pour into the mold. Refrigerate until set and repeat with the remaining hazelnut gelatin mixture.
  • Unmold the gelatin once it has completely set and decorate with whipped cream, banana, hazelnut cream, and wafer cookies.
