4 bananas, large (very mature)
320 grams self-rising flour
250 grams sugar
80 grams lard, (at room temperature)
4 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
1 cup cow's milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
100 grams walnuts, cut into quarters

In a bowl, step on the banana until it is disarmed. It is important that the bananas are well ripe.
Add the milk with the sugar to the bananas and mix.
Mix the flour with the bicarbonate and the Royal and sift on the mixture of the bananas and unite everything.
On the other hand, combine the butter (at room temperature) with the vanilla essence and add the eggs one by one.
When everything is well incorporated, join it to the previous mix.
Add the nuts and stir to distribute.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and put the mixture in a twisted and floured cookie sheet.
Bring to oven for 20 minutes.
