This recipe is from the classic banana bread, on everyone's table.

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 4 pieces of banana large (very mature)
  • 320 grams of self-raising flour
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 80 grams of lard (at room temperature)
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla essence
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of royal baking powder
  • 100 grams of nut cut into quarters

    Preparation

    In a bowl, step on the banana until it is disarmed. It is important that the bananas are well ripe.
    Add the milk with the sugar to the bananas and mix.
    Mix the flour with the bicarbonate and the Royal and sift on the mixture of the bananas and unite everything.
    On the other hand, combine the butter (at room temperature) with the vanilla essence and add the eggs one by one.
    When everything is well incorporated, join it to the previous mix.
    Add the nuts and stir to distribute.
    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and put the mixture in a twisted and floured cookie sheet.
    Bring to oven for 20 minutes.

    A través de iOS Riquísimos, solo cambié que la cantidad de azúcar es la misma que de harina, si no quedaba desabrido.
