Banana Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a very popular dessert in Italy, but with this Banana Tiramisu recipe, we put a twist on the traditional sponge cake and cream flavor.   • 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, for the filling 116 g

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the filling

  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur

  • For the muffin, cream the butter and sugar until it changes color; add the eggs one by one until they are incorporated; Add the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the vanilla essence and the banana, incorporate perfectly and bake for 50 minutes, approximately, at 175 ° C. Reservation.
  • For the filling, mix the mascarpone cheese together with the banana, the yogurt, the icing sugar, the vanilla essence and the 43 liqueur, until completely incorporated.
  • For the coffee mixture, in a bowl dilute the soluble coffee with water, add coffee liqueur and mix.
  • To assemble, cut the banana muffin and arrange it on a baking dish, bathe with the coffee mixture, place a white layer of cheese and repeat until finished. Refrigerate for an hour. Meanwhile, cut banana slices, frost with sugar and flame; garnish with cocoa and flambé slices.
