Tiramisu is a very popular dessert in Italy, but with this banana tiramisu recipe, we give a twist to the traditional sponge cake and the cream flavor. Follow the step by step and prepare a dessert out of the ordinary, but simple to make and with ingredients easily available. The banana combines very well with the subtlety of mascarpone cheese and this dessert is a different option, even when you have a pancake that you have not consumed.

  • 1 1/2 cups mashed banana, for the pancake
  • 1/4 cups Licor 43 Spanish liqueur, for the pancake
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed banana, for the pancake
  • 1 cup walnut, for the pancake
  • 3 cups mascarpone cheese, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, for the filling
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for the filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the filling
  • 2 cups Water, hot
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • enough banana, sliced to decorate

Preparation

For the coffee mixture, dilute the soluble coffee with water in a bowl, add coffee liquor and mix.
