For the muffin, cream the butter and sugar until it changes color; add the eggs one by one until they are incorporated; Add the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the vanilla essence and the banana, incorporate perfectly and bake for 50 minutes, approximately, at 175 ° C. Reservation.
For the filling, mix the mascarpone cheese together with the banana, the yogurt, the icing sugar, the vanilla essence and the 43 liqueur, until completely incorporated.
For the coffee mixture, in a bowl dilute the soluble coffee with water, add coffee liqueur and mix.
To assemble, cut the banana muffin and arrange it on a baking dish, bathe with the coffee mixture, place a white layer of cheese and repeat until finished. Refrigerate for an hour. Meanwhile, cut banana slices, frost with sugar and flame; garnish with cocoa and flambé slices.
