Banana Upside Down Cake without Oven

  • Add the butter and sugar to the mixer, beat until the sugar granules are perfectly incorporated with the butter.
  • Add the 4 eggs one by one, continuing to beat so that the mixture is perfectly integrated.
  • Incorporate the banana without peel into the mixer.
  • Add the cow's milk while continuing to beat and keep beating until incorporated.
  • Gradually add the flour, using a sieve, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Slice one banana and arrange the slices at the bottom of the mold you will use for the upside-down cake, add the honey and set aside.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold, cover with aluminum foil, and cook on the stove, in a double boiler, for about 35 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Unmold by turning the mold onto a board and decorate with more banana.
