180 grams butter, softened or creamy point
4 eggs
4 ripe bananas, without peel
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder, or baking soda
1/2 cups honey

Add the butter and sugar to the mixer, beat until the sugar granules are perfectly incorporated with the butter.
Add the 4 eggs one by one, continuing to beat so that the mixture is perfectly integrated.
Incorporate the banana without peel into the mixer.
Add the cow's milk while continuing to beat and keep beating until incorporated.
Gradually add the flour, using a sieve, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Slice one banana and arrange the slices at the bottom of the mold you will use for the upside-down cake, add the honey and set aside.
Pour the mixture into the mold, cover with aluminum foil, and cook on the stove, in a double boiler, for about 35 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
Unmold by turning the mold onto a board and decorate with more banana.
