Basic Dry Paste Cookie

It is a very easy, simple, and super delicious recipe. It is prepared quickly, and the taste is incredible. When I made it for the first time, I couldn't believe how good the cookies turned out.

  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams margarine
  • 1 kilo self-rising wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 500 grams sugar, white

  • Preheat the oven to about 220 degrees Celsius.
  • Then, mix the sugar with the margarine and vanilla. Beat only until homogenized, as overbeating will affect the texture.
  • Next, add the eggs one by one.
  • Finally, add the flour, first adding 500 grams and then the rest, mixing only until well integrated and the flour is no longer distinguishable from the mixture.
  • Then, place in the oven for about 8 minutes with the desired shape; you can also leave them until they brown.
