Bicolor Danette Gelatin

This delicious bicolor gelatin is prepared with Danette® custards in Chocolate and Vanilla flavors. It is very easy to make.

  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 4 chocolate flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in 1/2 cup of water and melted in a double boiler
  • whole-wheat pasta, For the Vanilla Gelatin
  • 4 vanilla flavored custard, danette 100g each
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a double boiler
  • fruit of the forest, or chopped nuts for decoration
  • 2 cups cow's milk

  • For the chocolate gelatin, blend 2 cups of milk with the Chocolate Danette® custard and 1 cup of sugar; gradually add the previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
  • Pour the mixture into a lightly greased gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
  • For the vanilla gelatin, blend the milk with the Vanilla Danette® custard and the sugar; gradually add the previously hydrated and melted gelatin. Pour over the chocolate gelatin and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  • Unmold, decorate with red fruits or chopped nuts, and it's ready.
