In a pot, bring one cup of water to a boil and add the packet of gelatin, mixing well. Remove from heat and add 2 cups of cold water. Let it cool and incorporate the strawberries. Allow it to set in the refrigerator in the gelatin mold.
Add the gelatin to three-quarters of a cup of water and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Cook in a double boiler for 5 minutes.
Bring the evaporated milk and condensed milk to a boil. Once it boils, incorporate it with the gelatin and let it cool slightly.
Pour over the strawberry base that was set in the refrigerator and return it to the refrigerator.
Serve once the gelatin has set and is firm, a couple of hours later.
