Bicolor Mango Gelatin

Prepare this mango gelatin recipe in syrup with a touch of orange and a creamy half with sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, natural yogurt, and a spectacular decoration with fresh mango.   • 1/2 cups orange juice, for the water gelatin
  • 2 cups canned mangoes, for the water gelatin
  • 1 cup syrup, of mango, for the water gelatin
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated with water and melted
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the milk gelatin
  • 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese, for the milk gelatin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the milk gelatin
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, for the milk gelatin
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated with milk and melted
  • 1 cup mango, cut into cubes, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Blend all the ingredients for the water gelatin until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
  • For the milk gelatin, blend the sweetened condensed milk with the Philadelphia® cream cheese, evaporated milk, yogurt, and gelatin.
  • Pour over the water gelatin and refrigerate until fully set.
  • Unmold the gelatin and decorate with mango cubes and mint leaves.
