Prepare this easy and fast mango jelly in syrup with a touch of orange and creamy half with condensed milk, cream cheese, natural yogurt, with a spectacular decoration with fresh mango. It is ideal to finish any meal.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice for water jelly
  • 2 cups of mango in syrup for water jelly
  • 1 Cup of syrup of mango, for water jelly
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated with water and melted
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk for milk jelly
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese for milk jelly
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk for milk jelly
  • 1 Cup of natural yoghurt for milk jelly
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated with milk and melted
  • 1 Cup of mango cut into cubes, to decorate
  • to taste of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend all the ingredients of the water gelatin until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour over a jelly pan and refrigerate until set.
    For milk gelatine, liquefy condensed milk with cheese, evaporated milk, yogurt and grenetina.
    Pour over the water jelly and refrigerate until completely set.
    Unmold the jelly and decorate with mango cubes and mint leaves.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with fresh mango cubes.

    TIPS

    Always hydrate the grenetina in water so that it works very well.
