Gelatin is a very refreshing dessert, and this recipe will be no exception with the mix of almonds and walnuts; it's perfect for sharing with family. Two flavors of nuts in one dessert, soft and smooth gelatin that you will love.
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
2 cups Great Value® whole milk
1 cup milk caramel Great Value®
1/2 cups Great Value® walnuts, toasted and chopped
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
raspberries, for decoration
strawberry , for decoration
peppermint, for decoration

For the almond gelatin, blend the evaporated milk with the sugar, the cream, the almond liqueur, and the almonds. Add the gelatin in a thin stream and blend until fully integrated.
On a previously greased mold, pour the gelatin until halfway up the mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
For the walnut gelatin, blend the milk with the cajeta and walnuts. Add the gelatin in a thin stream and blend until fully integrated.
Pour the previous preparation over the almond gelatin and refrigerate for 2 more hours or until completely set.
Unmold the gelatin and decorate with red fruits and mint.
