Bicolor Walnut and Almond Gelatin

Gelatin is a very refreshing dessert, and this recipe will be no exception with the mix of almonds and walnuts; it's perfect for sharing with family. Two flavors of nuts in one dessert, soft and smooth gelatin that you will love.

  • 360 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Great Value® granulated sugar
  • 250 milliliters table cream
  • 2 tablespoons almond liqueur
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® almonds, peeled and toasted
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 2 cups Great Value® whole milk
  • 1 cup milk caramel Great Value®
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • strawberry , for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • For the almond gelatin, blend the evaporated milk with the sugar, the cream, the almond liqueur, and the almonds. Add the gelatin in a thin stream and blend until fully integrated.
  • On a previously greased mold, pour the gelatin until halfway up the mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
  • For the walnut gelatin, blend the milk with the cajeta and walnuts. Add the gelatin in a thin stream and blend until fully integrated.
  • Pour the previous preparation over the almond gelatin and refrigerate for 2 more hours or until completely set.
  • Unmold the gelatin and decorate with red fruits and mint. Buy HERE
