  • Preheat the oven to 280 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix the milk (with the lemon drops) with the vanilla extract.
  • In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar until it is a pale yellow and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the egg and continue mixing until well combined.
  • Add the flour mixture, alternating with the milk mixture, to the mixer on low speed. It is important to finish with the flour mixture.
  • Drop the mixture by ¼ cup onto a baking sheet, spaced about 5 centimeters apart.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 15-17 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a rack and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  • While the cookies cool, prepare the icing. Mix the powdered sugar with the honey, lemon juice, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon of water in a bowl.
  • Take half of the icing and add the cocoa, adding ½ teaspoon of water if necessary to thin it out.
  • Place white icing on half of the cookies and chocolate icing on the other half.
  • Serve immediately.
