BLACKBERRY GELATIN

This gelatin, in addition to being light, tastes very good because it has a sweet and sour touch.

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Hydrate the gelatin in the water and heat it in a double boiler until dissolved.
  • Blend the blackberries with the milk and strain.
  • Return the blended mixture to the blender and add the condensed milk and gelatin; blend until everything is well integrated.
  • Pour into greased molds and refrigerate until set.
