1 cup blackberries
1 cup cow's milk
1 cup condensed milk
4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cups water

Low
Hydrate the gelatin in the water and heat it in a double boiler until dissolved.
Blend the blackberries with the milk and strain.
Return the blended mixture to the blender and add the condensed milk and gelatin; blend until everything is well integrated.
Pour into greased molds and refrigerate until set.
